Six Penn Kitchen is a partner of the Pittsburgh Zoo & PPG Aquarium's new Sustainable Seafood Program. Through this program, Six Penn has pledged to serve only sustainable seafood, which follow the recommendations from the Monterey Bay Aquarium's, Seafood Watch Program. It is this commitment to protecting the ocean environment that is important to both Six Penn Kitchen and the Zoo.
Six Penn is the Zoo's first restaurant partner to sign up for this program and we look forward to more local restaurants to get on board.
