Executive Chef Chris Jackson made yet another appearance on KDKA-TV's Pittsburgh Today Live! Along with host Brenda Waters, Chef Chris helped spread the word about the Inaugural Pittsburgh Whiskey Festival's Kick-off Dinner at Six Penn Kitchen on November 1. The segment also featured Chef Chris preparing his special recipe for Bread Pudding that includes a chantilly cream and butter scotch sauce made of premium whiskey (SEE RECIPE ATTACHED).
